SEAT ASSIGNMENT: All seats are pre-assigned with numbers; seat assignment is based on a first come first serve basis after down payment.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Each passenger must carry a valid travel document. (Valid visa for countries needed) (E.g. Green Card, Passport, Re-Entry Permit, and etc.) Tour operator is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
CANCELLATION OR CHANGE POLICY: All cancellations or changes of date must comply with the following details:
25% of total fee will be charged if cancel or change more than 14 days before departure (not including departure date).
50% of total fee will be charged if cancel or change within 8 to 14 days before departure date (not including departure date).
75% of total fee will be charged if cancel or change within 4 to 7 days before departure date (not including departure date).
NO refund, exchange, cancellations or postponements within 3 days prior to departure (not including departure date).
All bus tickets and bus tickets are NOT refundable or exchangeable.
All refunds will be issued by company check or credit card only. (Absolutely NO cash refund).
There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.
BOARDING TIME AND PLACE: All passengers must arrive 30 minutes prior to departure time. All passengers must show photo ID and boarding pass or e-ticket for boarding; absolutely no boarding without tickets. Departure time and boarding location will be confirmed after reservation is confirmed.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: Tour operator is not responsible for any loss of or damage to personal items, or personal injury that may occur on or during the tour. It is optional that passengers to buy travel insurance, for more information, please consult your travel agent.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Tour operator reserves the right to substitute hotels and alter itinerary, withdraw any tour and make any desirable alteration for the convenience of the operation of the tour.
Tour operator reserves the right to alter the tour program and itinerary order may be different than displayed online, the tour guide will arrange it accordingly depending on the traffic, hotel arrangement, and attractions opening time, etc.
Tour operator reserves the right to cancel the tour prior to departure for any reason. By accepting our policy, the passenger must agree that the tour operator shall hold no responsibilities in itinerary alterations, delays or cancellation strikes, sickness, theft, loss, accidents, weather or any other causes.
The tour operator reserves the right to cancel a tour due to not meeting the minimum of 10 passengers' requirement. Liability to such cancellation is limited to full refund of money received by us, and this will constitute full settlement with Tour Department.
Tour operator reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any tour member at any reason before or during the tour.

All passengers must obtain a valid passport and all entry / exit visa as required by immigration regulation.
Passenger requires to notify the tour operator in advance if they need to depart the tour prior to the end and a voluntary form must be signed.
Passenger must be self-reliant; those who require assistance must be accompanied by a friend or relative. Tour operator is NOT able to provide individual assistance for any passenger.
Passengers should inform the escort or hotel reception if they are to use the hotel swimming pool. All children should be accompanied by their parents while using the pool. No life guard on premises, swim at your own risk.
Passenger(s) are responsible for his or her belonging(s). Tour operator will NOT longer provide services to track or trace any personal item(s).
